Instructions
  1. Boil water in a kettle or pot.
  2. While water heats, crush dried leaves or chop fresh leaves, and place the in teapot or tea ball.
  3. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves.
  4. Allow tea to steep for 10 minutes.
  5. Sip and enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Heat milk until it reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Allow milk to cool to 110-115 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Gently add yogurt to cooled milk until thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Ladle milk into cleaned containers. Place uncovered containers in incubator (with warm water if necessary), and allow yogurt to sit undisturbed for 8-12 hours.
  5. Chilled finished yogurt with lids on in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
