  1. Heat milk until it reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Allow milk to cool to 110-115 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Gently add yogurt to cooled milk until thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Ladle milk into cleaned containers. Place uncovered containers in incubator (with warm water if necessary), and allow yogurt to sit undisturbed for 8-12 hours.
  5. Chilled finished yogurt with lids on in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
