Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and water to dry ingredients and mix until the dough just comes together.
  4. Knead in shredded cheese until well mixed.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it’s about ⅛ of an inch thick.
  6. Cut dough into into squares or use a small cookie cutter.
  7. Poke each cracker with the tines of a fork to create indentations.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and cook 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
